It should look like a roadmap of where you want to take your business. Do you have a business plan? I go over the need for designing a budget, and finding your breakeven point in your business. Also, change your mindset to a work producer. Your number one job as a business owner is to produce work for your employees. Do you charge a flat rate, or hourly rate?
