TGMS EP 5 : Do You Know The Numbers?

In today's episode we cover the last part of L.A.P.P (Learn, Act, Produce, and Prosper). In 2008 when most businesses were hunkering down, we were spending even more in advertising, and hiring more people. It is important to have your business setup to win when your competitors can’t capitalize on the market. A big part of today's episode is talking about debt. Don’t keep a lot of debt in your business unless it makes sense. Out of all the business owners I have coached, not many know the numbers of their business, that’s not okay. If you don’t know how to procure those numbers, you need to hire someone who can. You should always hire and surround yourself with people who know your business better than you do.
