3. A leader who is Loyal is trustworthy and Reliable. In the ministry, only a leader who is faithful or loyal can be trusted or relied upon. Not many people in the church can be trusted but you must be determined to be one of the loyal or faithful ones in this church. Never betray your pastors, departmental heads and fellow members of this church - Proverbs 20:6 (NASB/NLT). 4. Leaders must be Loyal or Faithful all the Time. A leader whose loyalty is not stable or a leader who is not consistent in their duties or faithful to their responsibilities and their MoG can become anything substantial in the ministry. A leader must always stand by their God, the Man of God and his responsibilities in the house of God. They must perform their duties with excellence otherwise they will be cut off.
