Thank God For Everything (TGIF) - How God Used Basketball To Change My Life

In today's episode, I'm taking y'll all the way back to to my days in Brooklyn — and all the way forward to this week's NBA Draft — because God's timeline is nothing short of miraculous. I'm sharing a personal testimony and it starts with a basketball goal in my daddy's yard and ends with me watching one of my former players have his NBA dreams come true. Everything in between? That was ALL God. A stranger in a grocery store. A field trip I didn't plan. A scholarship that got cut in half. Lonely college nights with nothing but the Bible and Matthew 6:34 to hold onto. A private Catholic school in the mountains of Central PA that changed my life. A decade of pouring into young men in the Atlanta area. All of it — every valley, every redirect, every test — was part of the plan. But this episode isn't just my story. It's many of our stories. If you're in the middle of your life's ocean right now with no life jacket in sight, I need you to hear this: your natural instinct is to FIGHT. Don't lay down. Don't give up.
