Thanksgiving 2021 Spectacular with Patty Links!

It's time for another holiday culinary adventure with Patty Links! Our journey begins with Patty Links experimenting with cranberry sauce on the stove top and cranberrys in a mixed drink. Then Patty and Johnny discuss the finer points of everyone's favorite mayonnaise-based side dishes of all time: 7-layer salad topped with Hellmann's! Pro tip: you should keep the mayonnaise on top and the lettuce on the bottom until you get there, then mix it up and serve it in cute little bowls. Then the duo debates the merits of corn casserole. Then it's on to turkey techniques...thawing, brining, rinsing, worrying, moistening, etc. Then its stuffing time! Patty and Johnny discuss finding old recipes for stuffing and the ridiculous amount of butter that goes into them. Then Patty suggests putting crispy onion straws on top of mashed potatoes and the ramifications of messing with people's mashed potatoes. After that, they dispel myths of gravy and techniques for a successful gravy. To finish off, they discuss desserts and leftovers.
