That Work, Life, Balance Ish Is BS !!!

We have to respect our time. We have to respect our peace. We have to respect us just being human.Jobs will take and take, push and push, if you allow it.Work, Life, Balance starts with you deciding if you value yourself enough to do it different.Our grandparents worked hard and barely knew what relaxing was. Our parents thought giving a job 30 plus years of their life was commendable. We live in a time where human needs are not valued. AI is replacing people, Layoffs are happening daily and that job will look you in the face, knowing Monday will be your last day. While your family depends on you, your home has a mortgage thats too high and those school loans need to be paid.We are the generation, that has to job hop for survival, pivot faster than we would like and choose ourselves.That's 3 different generations, working in different value systems. We can't keep giving jobs more than we give ourselves...
