If you enjoy this podcast, sign up for weekly newsletters & episode sneak peaks!Of course, this wouldn't be Her Authentic Self Podcast if I wasn't being totally and completely honest about my personal walk with God and what Spirit has been showing me that I need to improve as I get closer to him. Recently at church I heard the same message twice on what it looks like "overlooking offense" on how to "bridge the gap with love". And as most people do, I thought to myself...I already heard this message, so that means I know it fully. I know the passages in Proverbs that we're going to go through and I know what God has called me to do when it comes to overlooking offense....This level of naivety is how I think most believers choose to maneuver their walk with God. We think we know the word, we take the notes, we pray and we seek his presence so we also assume that we are fully right with God; however the moment a difficult life encounter comes up, suddenly we're reacting out of anger and pride, looking more like a representation of the world, than we do a representation of God and his love. This episode is for anyone who wants to choose wisdom, rather than ignorance. It's for anyone that doesn't want to be the type of Christian who thinks they know the word, but isn't actively applying it in their life when it matters the most. This message is not for anyone to feel shame about the ways they have failed God's spiritual tests in their lives, but it is to serve as a reminder and accountability that we are actually living out God's wisdom, rather than just acting like we are. Support the showIf you would like to get in touch with me or simply share your manifestation miracles, I can be reached at the below: Email: [email protected]: DM @herauthentic__selfpodcast Threads: DM @herauthentic__selfpodcast Lastly if this episode resonated with you please subscribe, follow, leave a rating, comment and share with friends!

TomCattt Thomas Patton From the beginning music has prowled with accordion lessons at a young age, followed by sax, blues harp and more recently piano, vocals, song writing and recording. Thomas Patton (AKA TomCattt) credits his mother for his stage name "TomCattt” as she was big on nick names for those she held close to her heart. TomCattt's music is best described as easy listening and sometimes retro, yet with a contemporary mix and feel. Accompanied by the creative tracks of a number of gifted musicians, his first album Hiiyaaaaaaaaaaa inspires imagination and finds a way to impress with a unique vocal sound, compelling harmony and gripping melody. The lyrical content is in fact a living reflection of this artists emotional journey that followed leaving love, finding a new love only to lose love once again. Hiiyaaaaaaaaaaa was released on June 1st, 2013 and all are invited to Soundcloud, Bandcamp, ReverbNation and Cdbaby where "A Question" is free download and to enjoy TomCattt's website tomcattt.com.
