That’s So Taboo: Mental Health

from Let’s Get It On · host Cindra Banks

Another episode coming in hot! This episode is a vulnerable and raw share. Trigger warning - There is some mention of body dysmorphia, anxiety, depression, so please be mindful when listening and always seek help and support if you resonate. On this solo poddie, I give you an insight on my mental health journey up until now. The highs, the lows and the work I have done on myself along the way. When I thought I was finished, turns out I was just getting started. WHY I wanted to share this with you is because I want to normalise talking about mental health. I want to normalise seeking support for what goes on in our wild minds, talking about it with friends and strangers AND not letting it hold us back from our soul purpose. Taming our inner critic is one of the biggest and most important self processes we will ever do. It’s something that I constantly address with in my clients and now it’s my turn to really let mine have a long, forever holiday. If you need support with mental health and relationships, sex or business, please do reach out on Insta @cindrabanks or send me an email [email protected] - Here for you. If this has resonated, please share and let’s get the convo started. As always, thank you for listening. I love you x
