What is your goal this year you are going to hit?

What is the one thing you will commit to doing to make that happen?

What would change in your life once you hit it?

Those are some of the questions we asked our agents during our most recent Go to the Board session.

This isn’t just another goal-setting meeting.

This is a meeting where each agent reflects on where they’ve been, where they’re going, and what they’re committed to doing to get there.

Most importantly they commit to their goals/actions to their team.

Why?

You are more likely to let yourself down then to let others down and when you tell people what you are going to do and why then you can be held accountable to your why.

When you create space for people to reflect and take ownership, something shifts.

They stop coasting. They stop hiding behind “busy.”

They get real. And they get focused.

This one day is responsible for many agents completely changing their lives

That’s the power of this exercise.

when your why is front and center…

Everything changes.

In this episode of All or Nothing in Real Estate, Jenna and I break down exactly how we run this session, how it’s transforming our culture, and how you can apply it to your team—or yourself.

We’re also giving away the full Go to the Board agenda to anyone who wants to implement it.

If you want to build a team that’s focused, hungry, and winning with intention—this is where you start.

Explicit Absolutely Nothing & All It Doesn’t Mean Mackenzie Draney Hi, I’m Mackenzie Draney, and in this podcast I’ll be exploring some philosophical implications of literary works assigned as readings in HON-317V, my current honors class at NMSU. Part 1 episodes will begin with a brief retelling of the text, and then explore my own thoughts about what can be gathered from it. I will pose questions, discuss things I’m unclear about, and try to pick out themes and other literary devices. Part 2 episodes will be recorded after discussion of the text on Tuesday classes. In these episodes, I’ll briefly summarize what I had mentioned in the corresponding Part 1 episode and then explore those subjects with knew insight from my peers in mind. Any of my questions or uncertainties from Part 1 episodes will, with luck, be answered or cleared up in Part 2 episodes. Disclaimer: This podcast is a philosophical exploration of Holocaust literature; not a historically accurate retelling of events. I will add the book title, author, and full name of Explicit
