Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation per the First Amendment discussing the apparent lack of transparency regarding the long closed criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger and the mandates of the First and Fourteenth Amendments, U.S. Const. described by the U.S. Supreme Court in Richmond Newspapers Inc. v.
