The '2 Amigos' run (Full Audio)

During our run together in Sidney, BC, Derick and I realized we had some dead batteries and joked about how just wiggling them around made them work again. We chatted about various topics, including Derick's upcoming interview at McDonald's and reminiscing about past running advice, like walking the first kilometer to warm up. We discussed how modifying one's diet and increasing activity could improve health. As we passed familiar spots and people, we shared memories of past encounters and talked about upcoming plans. Finally, we planned another run before I head to Toronto, promising to keep in touch through Facebook Messenger.
