Last year I realized I was wasting so much time on social media. I knew I needed to limit my usage, so I decided to deplete my time on Twitter and Snapchat. I knew if I just deleted them, I would miss them and re-download them back to my phone, destroying all progress I was making. Doing these 4 steps allowed me to ween myself off of them.
