This week we talk about the 5 (I throw an extra 1 or 2 in the there as an added bonus) most common myths you have no doubt heard and I hear asked in my DM's over on Instagram every single day. Susie from accounting and her best friend Bob the boof head at the gym LOVE to tell you how fasting will put your body into starvation mode, that skipping a meal will slow down your metabolism and that if you skip breakfast you will likely eat yourself to death with a mountain of food later the day. The biggest and most pervasive myth though was and still is, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I discus this and the myths mentioned above and why they have come about, why they are not true and link them to research that has shown these myths to be complete fabrications or misconceptions of the data.
