If you cannot accept the instruction that you are going to get from your instructors, then you don't have much of a chance of being successful at the Academy. However, if you go into the Academy with the attitude that you are going to get every bit of information you can from your instructors, AND you are going to dedicate yourself to implement that information, then you can succeed at the Academy and beyond.That is what being coachable is all about.
