from Jay Pitts Show - (RE)source Hosted by Jay Pitts & Gabe Prewitt
Maybe you're thinking that you read the title wrong. Nope, that's not a typo! In this episode, Jay and Gabe talk about how being creative with commission can actually lead to better results for your seller clients. In a market where separating yourself from the average agent is everything, it might sound like raising your fee is a step in the wrong direction. Isn't that going to cost me business? In this episode, our hosts break down why leveraging immense amounts of value up front can make it easier to defend your value. Then, they share a mind-blowing presentation dialogue that will show your sellers how an 8% commission (4% to both agents) can whip buyer's agents into a frenzy and lead to quicker, higher priced sales. This presentation is so simple, you can start using it today; all you need is a calculator! Submit your questions for Jay and Ryan to answer on the podcast here!
