The Age Factor!

Do you judge people by their age? I know most of us do, but why? Well, I am turning 60 this week and I have been hit with you must be going to retire!Retirement is something I will never do because I love what I am doing greatly! Age should never be the reason anyone retires or does anything!  The same factors are at play with young people! We seem to think that since they are young and have little life experience that they have nothing to offer! Wrong!How much in life do we miss because we are always assuming or dismissing someone because of their age! In this episode my wife Cheryl and I discuss our views on age and what we believe could be and needs to be changed to correct this problem!
