The story is called The Story from The Theosophical Society’s “Eternal Verities for Teachers of Children”. The important thing is that the adult understands to moral of the story. It is important that the adult understands the allegory or the message of the story. The story can be as fantastical as possible, the more fantastical, the better! What is important is the bond between the adult and the child, and the values, ethics, morals and understanding will get transferred through play and activities such as reading stories that have spiritual teachings.
