The Apple on that Tree

from WebTalkRadio.net

I am onto that tree I am the color of red That infuriates me … I am a lover never a hater I am on the tree … Being held by gravity Where you can’t touch me Am free to do what I please I am onto that tree … Am that apple on that tree You can’t disturb me … Because God with me I am onto that tree … Did I have enough of you? I had to pause! As you made me crack like a broken dish You go to the beach, change onto a fish You got to run away Take those waves Swim away … You will become one’s dinner It is not my wish It was He … Telling you this You should had be nice You had to think twice You just had to be nice You should had never fight Is only right to serve and be nice Why are you in fear? Because you feel God went away? If you want Him back, as you mocked at Him Do not mock Him again, be nice instead It is only right … To pray and seek Him Do not wake up mad Are you sad with your dad? Pack your dirty cloths … Take it to the laundry Onto the laundromat … stop talking dirty Because flies get into your mouth … Stay together with peace throw out the bags Take peace Stay at ease Be nice … Be neat I am gravity … I am this apple … I am fallen fast from my tree Because the center of the Earth tells me I am a woman of science … I do not like to debate … I leave it to the politicians … I can argue the Earth is round, with gravity in it The Earth revolves around the sun The Earth is not flat but, round It is a fact is oblate spheroid Bulging out at the equator Why I may talk … Is due to rotation As gravity pulls … Towards the center Talking about more of gravity Is the mass pulling itself … Towards a center point of the planets To meet its bride, rotational pull I am on that tree … Perhaps colors of red, green And/or purple to me … Which one do you prefer Throw me a rock? Yea, throw me a rock … I had to pause Toss a can of paint color to me, an unknown color I prefer to remain on that tree Admired not eaten nor cursed at me Am being held by gravity and my God Both friends to me until the day it comes I will still have seeds To make more of me You may say it’s a trick Halloween is coming … It’ll be Saturday October 31, 2026 I’ve my ghost wreath … posted on my front door My two witch hats and pumpkins too … I left Santa a note to bring me goodies … not to eat but to treat me, the few kids … in my block I am this apple on that tree … I grow on trees called deciduous fruit trees Of the family that belongs to Rosacea and Malus Too … as I go to sleep all day and night I wake up rested until the two legged man Grabs all of me first with its hand Them poking and eating me Without giving me a wash nor a chance … to be me In Halloween the children laughs at me … As their parents tell them now you can eat me A treat from this tree … as was me I know, you can’t hear me as I scream Please don’t eat me Just admire me … More of me you can make From the seeds God made me It is now a goodbye Until I see you again Hope you follow me As I dream more of me? Yes … yes… yes God is with me … He could be with you too Love Him … love Him … To the end! Amen Minerva A. Garcia, your Poet
