Tune in and be inspired by guest, Marilyn Hinson, as she talks about the ART of freestyle 🎨 Marilyn Hinson is a highly accomplished dancer and educator with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Juilliard and a Master's degree from UCLA, both in dance. She performed professionally with Dance LA and went on to found the dance program at Missouri Valley College. With a passion for fitness and group exercise, Marilyn has been teaching since 1990 and served as the Group X Director at the Downtown Athletic Club in Eugene, Oregon for 5 years, where she still teaches to this day. During her tenure, she founded the popular DAC "Nooners" program and established Downtown Pilates in 1999. Marilyn holds multiple certifications including ACE, AEA, NPCP - National Pilates Certification, GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, and has a Coaching Certificate from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. With a wealth of experience in various workout modalities, Marilyn is dedicated to inspiring others to live healthy, active, creative and passion filled  lifestyles.
