The Art of Great Customer Service at the Old Schoolhouse Milton

It was such a pleasure to meet Jenny Paul this week, host and owner of The Old Schoolhouse in Milton.  Couples accommodation located just 4km from Milton and set on 2.5 acres of tranquil lawns and orchard with views in all directions.  The main homestead is the heart of this rambling property.  It has all the trappings of a rural property with a productive vegetable garden and orchard, and chooks that wander throughout the grounds. Guests at Old Schoolhouse Milton are free to wander around the gardens and orchard and delight in picking fruit straight from the tree and collecting fresh laid eggs for their breakfast. Jenny has mastered the art of great customer service.  From offering her guest fresh laid eggs and homemade jam to even dropping them off at the local restaurant if they want to have a drink.  Nothing is too much trouble!  It is all about making her guests happy and enjoy their stay and what Jenny has created in the Old Schoolhouse is a testament to her.
