Here we provide an update and pure opinions and comments concerning an upcoming May 18, 2026 hearing on a public records lawsuit before Judge Megan E. Marshall - EWU Media LLC vs. City of Moscow/Moscow Police Department. The Plaintiffs from last year's Laramie et al. vs. City of Moscow who obtained a partial permanent injunction against the City of Moscow from releasing certain images from the MPD's investigation into the crimes at 1122 King Rd. on November 13, 2022 are the intervenors in this case. 1.
