The Best Jewelry at the 2023 Academy Awards

I was excited to check out the jewelry at the Academy Awards 2023. The red carpet is where you usually get to see extreme fashion and jewelry designers using mega stars as canvases for their art.  But this year, someone changed the color of the carpet to beige at the last minute. They wanted to make this year's Academy Awards different and instead ruined every photograph and video shot on the carpet because of the weird color casts!  Unfortunately, the designers had created their looks to be seen against a different background color - RED. As a result, all the makeup was off-color. All the clothing colors were off. Million dollar gems didn't show accurate color in the media photographs. It was a tragedy. AND, the backgrounds had so many elements and poles on them that objects were always sticking out of star's heads in photographs.  Whoever this carpet person was, take away their Pantone swatchbook before they ruin the Met Gala!
