Lee’s asked you how happy you are and then given several tips on how you could improve your happiness.  50% - 60% of you said you were ok. 35% of people said that they were happy. 10% - 15% of people said they were unhappy. When we asked how often you want to be happy the answer is always between 80% - 100%.  You have a choice of whether you’re happy, sad, angry or disappointed etc… at something. So your thinking drives your behaviour because you have a choice.  The definition of culture is everything that happens behind closed doors. If you’re a leader, then you’re responsible for the environment you set.  Finding problems is more important than solving problems. Don’t measure your success on the number of problems you solve but instead, the number of problems you can find.  When you set a goal then make sure you have an emotional attachment to them because you’re more likely to achieve them.    BEST MOMENTS  ‘Always be yourself. Make good friends. Time is limited’.  ‘You shouldn’t try to be the best in the world.
