The Big Five - Gerri Colombe Is Back!

Velgrand steals the show at Cheltenham and it’s Charlie Hall weekend from Wetherby! Well and truly into the national season, the boys are all back on this week as we look back at the best of the action from Cheltenam’s showcase meeting, including what looks a promising supreme contender for the the Dan Skelton yard as Valgrand picks up the first grade two of the west country season. It’s graded galore for this week’s big five, with a set of staying contests to take you from Wheterby including their West Yorkshire hurdle, and of course the charlie hall chase headlined by Bravemansgame and Grey Dawning for the big domestic contenders. Across the water, we also have the first grade one of the season from Northern Ireland as Gerri Colombe headlines a star studded field for the Ladbrokes champion chase. We also have racing from Ascot this weekend, which includes a nice 5/1 NAP for cotty who is striking at an impressive 67% to start this season.
