He was also well-off financially. But despite his upper-middle class background, which in reality, created a “soft existence” for him, he faced multiple challenges in life. The first of them probably being Lyme disease.When most of his pals were getting ready to go to college, working jobs, or having girlfriends, Keith saw his life fall apart because of the disease. He felt like a loser devoid of any self-worth.
