The Case of Lola Daviet

This week, Drewby and Yergy travel to France to discuss the case of Lola Daviet, a 12-year-old Parisian schoolgirl and gymnastics champion whose brutal murder shocked the whole country and became a focal point for intense national debate on immigration and security. On October 14th, 2022, Lola was abducted after returning from her school, Collège Georges Brassens, in the 19th Arrondissement (District) of Paris. Her body was found by a homeless man later that evening inside of a plastic storage trunk.
