You can find her teaching yoga in and around San Francisco or on Ocean Beach frolicking with friends. She is a dancer, teacher, and wellness coach who combines her background in classical ballet and contemporary dance with a passion for holistic health. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, expanding her practice into psychology and counseling to integrate mind-body approaches into healing and personal growth.
