On this weeks podcast, I sit down with my dear friend, Helen Vonderheide, https://www.helenvonderheide.com/  https://www.instagram.com/helenvonderheide/ to discuss her journey from being a film producer living in Los Angeles to being an Akashik Records Reader and Teacher.Helen Vonderheide is a global community educator dedicated to broadening knowledge and experiential frameworks through the transformative ontological perspectives of the Akashic Records, Decoloniality, Somatic Experiencing, and Empirical Research.When I first met Helen in 2019 and got my first ever Akashik Record reading, I knew that Helen was the real deal. I went on to get my own Akashik Records Certification from Helen in 2020. What I didn't know then was that Helen had spent a decade in Los Angeles as a film producer. In this episode, we explore her journey to becoming a film producer and the transition that brought her to the Akashik Records. Helen is a one of a kind, a unicorn if you will, in the best possible way. I've never met anyone like Helen and in this episode I learn so much about her that I never knew. 

What a delight it was to sit down with Anthony Veneziale (Two-Touch) in his lovely recording studio in San Francisco to discuss all things improv, channeling, sports, music, art and what inspires him to do what he does.Early on in this episode, it occurred to me, somewhat unexpectedly, that improv is actually one of the purest forms of channeling!Anthony is the conceiver and co-founder of Freestyle Love Supreme, for which he won a Tony Award and was nominated for a Grammy.  Anthony is also the co-founder and CEO of Freestyle Plus, a training and game developer that has built the world's first improv-inspired, science-backed, AI-powered gaming portal.  He's the designer of a UCSF brain research trial on the positive effects of improv thinking along with Dr. Charles Lim.

She is currently pursuing a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, expanding her practice into psychology and counseling to integrate mind-body approaches into healing and personal growth.

Sam Shindel Spencer https://www.instagram.com/still.thinkng/?hl=enis a published writer who lives in Temecula, California with his writing partner, a cat named Della. In this episode we talk about all things screenplays, writing rituals, being the proud grandson of a horse rancher and much more. It's a good thing I got to speak with Sam before he blows up because Sam's first screenplay, Recompense, was in the official selection at both the San Diego Movie Awards and the Panther City Film Fest. It is also quarter finalist in both the drama and action/adventure categories of the emerging screenwriter competitions, as well as a semi-finalist in the thriller category. Lastly, it was a finalist at the Bass and Belle Film Festival and Indigenous-led Western Film Festival!
