The Mental Health journey is a very real and harrowing journey.  For a man it is even more so.  As there is social stigma attached to it.  Especially for men.  So tonight, I am gonna talk about my Mental Health journey and the effect it has had on me as a man.     It is my hope that my brothers can learn from my story . There is hope and resources available.  Let put an end to the stigma of Mental Health and men!!!
