One of the things we do quite often is that we show up for other people!! We show love and support to the people in our immediate orbit and for those that are not . Sometimes we do this at the detriment of ourselves, and when the time comes for us to show up for us, we don't have the energy or the time. We have to learn to show up for ourselves.
