The Chef’s Table pt.2-A Manuscript takeover

I recently had the pleasure of having the owner Eda & some of the core members of the Manuscript restaurant team on the podcast. And with the help of my good friend Chef Lewis of Radnor’s Burgers, some Philly cheesesteaks from Legendz & 100 proof tequila from my guests, this episode quickly became an instant classic.
