The Christian’s Walk

from Highland Gospel Mission · host Highland Southern Baptist Church

Greetings everyone, and may grace, mercy, and peace be multiplied to you. We will be in Ephesians 4 today. Paul lays out some practical reasons why we should be walking away from a life of sin, and instead walk in a way that Jesus did. Our old self is corrupt, and holds us back often leading to trouble. And in our old life, there is no benefit for others. Our actions instead should be pleasing to God and helpful towards others who are in need. In our troubles, we should still be showing Jesus. “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28 19-20 Don’t forget to pray for one another, especially during these uncertain times.
