The Coffee Run - Breaking the seal

from The Nicola Moras Show · host Nicola Moras

It’s always a huge relief when it’s done and then you just need to ride the wave! Here’s the key to tapping into the inspiration, the feeling and the gush. This morning we talked about knowing that something is going to make us feel good often isn’t enough motivation to actually get us up and out there!!! *face palm* It’s a bit like taking a break from the gym and knowing that when you go back it will feel good, but you keep putting it off! When you finally decide that you’re back though, and you go there and you do an amazing work out… you feel so freaking good! Even if you’re like a walking pile of jelly walking out of the gym!!!! I wanted to share a bit today about my last couple of months and the struggle that I’ve had with blogging particularly - I can show up and speak for days on end usually, but for me, the writing took a back seat for a while… Enjoy the replay and I trust it helps. Ep493 - Enjoy! ** BTW. We have #Contentology open for you to join. Contentology is all about you sharing more of YOU with your audience without the awkwardness and jilt of having to share stuff about yourself! It’s also about letting people in behind the curtain so they can get to know you. www.nicolajmoras.com/contentology PLUS. My Radical Implementation Challenge is open! 30 days of accountability, questions answered and focus. You’ll get more done in a month than you will 90! That’s what my clients tell me, anyway!! www.nicolajmoras.com And…. finally… if you want to RAMP UP YOUR IMPACT over the next 12 months… oh me goodness… you have to keep your eyes open for The Impact Academy, where you’re going to do everything in your power to create massive impact over the next 12 months. More to come.
