The Coffee Run - Do it your way

People tend to get caught up in "Oh, but they're doing it like that" or "I don't know enough" or "I make everything complicated" or "What will my peers say" or "I don't want to say something wrong" or "I don't want to be judged" or "Such and such just said the same thing" or "What if they think I'm copying them" or "What if it doesn't work" and even "What if it DOES work"..... All of these things can and will keep you out of the spotlight unless you choose to do something different.
