We’ve ALL of us had moments of really getting in a state of imagining what we WANT. Like really… beyond the first thing that you want. I’m going to share something with you that created huge shifts last week for my clients. WAHOO! let’s do it. Ep494 - Enjoy! One of the big problems that people tend to have is that they are so narrow focussed on what they want to hit right now. it's almost like tunnel vision and some of the time this isn't a bad thing.. but when you shift from achieving that and if yo'ure not sure what that next vision is (different to a goal!) it can be challenging to find a way to make it through the crap days and the days where things aren't really working.
