Most notably, is the misconception that they have to big, loud and have big personalities in order to stand out and cut through the noise online. This is not true. Yes, I have a big personality and I use my hands to talk. A lot. A lot of talk. A lot of hands. It's just how I'm built and how I've always been. But what if you're an introvert? What if you're more softly spoken? Does that mean you have to pretend to be someone you're not in order to cut through? Um.
