The Comets are 2-0 - The Blue Turf

Erik Bergrud from the Kansas City Comets broadcast team and Thad Bell from the Kansas City Soccer Journal recorded the fourth episode of The Blue Turf for the 2023-24 season. The Comets are 2-0 after beating the St. Louis Ambush 7-2. Another strong performance at home and we discussed the match, the players that stood out, and what the Comets needed to do better. It was the first match for Chad Vandegriffe as a Comet. He strengthens the back line and that is also discussed. Up next for the Comets is the Harrisburg Heat.
