The confidence to stand up and speak out

from The Confidence Chronicles

Y'all know there's a lot going on right now and there are a lot of people that are not speaking out, because they feel like they don't know what to say, or they're going to get it wrong, or they don't know enough. I'm here to tell you that's not good enough. It's not good enough to stay silent because you're not confident to speak up because you don't know enough to feel like you can contribute. You need to learn. You need to research and you need to find a way to be an active part of this movement. The Black Lives Matter movement is a marathon, not a sprint. Learn, grow, rest and then get back up again and continue with the fight.Today on the podcast I'm letting you into the audio version of a webinar we hosted for people who are really struggling with speaking up and speaking out right now and it was such an empowering conversation for everyone involved. We are one collective. We need everybody to come together and there is something that every single one of us can do. We don't need perfection. We need to let go of the opinion of others and trying to get it right, because we're not going to get it right. That's the whole point. We need to learn and support each other through this.If you want to watch the webinar please email us: [email protected] TO WORK WITH ME:Join my online coaching program for women - the Sistahood Learn how to Conquer Social Media through my new Confidently Conquering Social Media Course👑 Want to request a podcast?
