The Controlled High

Dime is back on the mic and stepping into the end of the year with a truth that hits a little too close to home. In this episode, she opens up about the “controlled high” she found herself addicted to, that one person who lights up your brain, knocks your focus off balance, and makes discipline feel optional. But this isn’t just about desire. It’s about the way attraction, ambition, and mental health collide during the holidays. Dime talks about losing her rhythm, finding it again, protecting her peace, and learning how to crave someone without losing herself in the process. She brings listeners up to speed on life as a two-time published author, the website dropping at the top of the year, the brand that’s expanding, and the hunger that’s officially back for the microphone. This is a grown-woman check-in. A reminder to love on the strong ones. A call to stay grounded when your cravings try to derail your purpose. And the official return of Toxic AF Radio with the honesty, humor, and emotional transparency that only Dime can deliver.
