The 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference or COP28, will be the 28th United Nations Climate Change conference, held from 30 November until 12 December 2023, at the, are you ready?.... Expo City, in Dubai. Irony aside, we don't expect much (surprise!) Guy McPherson returns to the show to shed some much needed light on that ongoing debacle and more.
