In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I connected with Laura Joy to explore life, leadership, burnout and what happens when responsibility quietly becomes part of our identity.Laura is a leadership strategist and founder of Laura Joy Ltd., working with high-performing leaders, particularly women, who are carrying far more than anyone realises while often receiving far less recognition than they deserve.Laura shared her own journey from corporate leadership, international relocation and building a successful career, through to a period of severe burnout that ultimately landed her in intensive care.
