It is the placebo effect, both proving and disproving itself based on your beliefs.Just like brushing our teeth and choosing healthy meals, managing our energy should be a daily self care practice. If we're made up of the tiny habits we execute each day, grounding techniques, chakra clearing, aura cleansing and the like will regulate our nervous systems into calmness, patience, connection and contentment.There is no right or wrong way to practice energy work.
