I think we all hit a point in life where we think we have hit a ceiling so to speak. We take this ceiling because the house that we live inside of is good, everything is good. Everything makes sense, everything is going smooth, everything is going as planned. Then opportunities come along because the good has happened for so long and because you are so good at the good, great things start to present themselves. So you're left with a choice. Do you continue to be good or do you grow into something greater than where you currently are and I think that is a conflict within a lot of people especially when trying to get into a different position or get into another place in life. We typically play different roles in life and we typically tailor these roles to the job that we currently have where as if you tailor the job to who you are as a person that really changes the paradigm as far as what work really consists of. Then it's not truly work. It's you being yourself in another environment and then taking that into other environments and in a way where there is never a version of you that is falsified and your not playing a different role.
