The Dutch Franchise Act Episode with Manish Bahl

On 30 June 2020, the Dutch Parliament's upper house passed the Dutch Franchise Act ("DFA"). The DFA is due to enter into force in January 2021, and it means that the Netherlands now joins a number of other European countries to have a franchise-specific law. In the podcast, Gordon Drakes (co-head of Fieldfisher's franchising team) discusses the DFA with Manish Bahl, a partner at the firm's Amsterdam office who specialises in commercial and competition law.
