And here's the thing. If you find yourself saying things like this is just what I do, here I go again. That right there is a telltale sign of a pattern that needs to be. Reviewed, OK, recognized, reviewed, it needs to then be looked at as. Let's investigate this and look for the story that is attached to it. What is the story that you keep telling yourself that kids justifying it that keeps enabling you to continue to do it?" This week on Master Your Mindset and Metabolism I talk about what I do.
