The Emotions are Inside Outing

Cue Sadness Cue Fear Cue Joy Cue ANXIETY because my girls (aka my emotions) have been loud this past week. I’ve been feeling extra emotional lately. Infertility is fucking hard and honestly there’s no way around it.Sometimes I think “why the hell am I doing this” as we enter what feels like WWIII, but we have to have hope, hope for a better future. This and finding little loves and lights in everyday life make it easier to get through. Oh and art, sports, and whatever makes you happy!On this episode I discuss a spiral that keeps coming up for me, shame. It’s such a tough feeling and one that I’m still figuring it out.It’s a tough conversation, but I hope that I bring a comedic twist to everything I do because honestly laughter is really the best medicine.
