Hello friends! Chris Organ is currently a Principal who is in his 15th year in the profession. On part two of our conversation, Chris and I discuss  instilling the value of education and the love of learning in your students, the purpose of Social Studies, the teacher shortage, his initial stint as an administrator at only 28 and the challenges associated with it, not liking being called ‘boss,’ going back to the classroom after and reflecting on his admin experience, how he ‘loves’ his mother and her appreciation of titles, the emptiness of title chasing, the jump from VP to Principal, the skills necessary to be a successful administrator, adjusting to being a leader of adults, not feeling like you need to be the expert in everything, avoiding the negativity, how gossiping follows you, and, much more.
