The End Of The Black & White Era: Seeing The World In Colour

Welcome, to Trust The Process. I'm your host, Claudia, and in today's episode we are talking about the epidemic of black and white thinking that seems to be plaguing everybody's minds. The key word here is 'seems'; as you'll see in this episode, we'll go over why this is not actually the case and why more people are craving nuanced thinking, discussion and communication right now than ever before. In this episode I really hope that you feel encouraged to open up conversations with your friends and loved ones, no matter how differently they think to you. As well as that, I hope that this chat helps you to become unidentified with your own thoughts and opinions - to see that these are all really reflections of the Ego and not at all reflective of who we truly are.
