Children are a gift from God. In Luke, the angel Gabriel visited Mary and gave her the good news that God had chosen her to be the mother of Jesus. She would conceive supernaturally. Matthew 1:21 says, "She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people form their sins." Mary received God's gift of love; have you?  God sent Jesus to die for our sins because of His great love for us. Jesus chose to lay down His life for us because He also loves us dearly. Jesus said, "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends."
