The Evil Eye - Ps Michael Kafouris
from Telos Ministries Hosted by Telos Ministries Australia | South Africa
Ever felt like your hard work goes unnoticed? Here’s a lesson from the laborers in the vineyard that might change your perspective. In Matthew 20, we learn about laborers hired throughout the day, yet all received the same pay. Those who worked longer felt it was unfair. But here's the kicker: it wasn't about the hours they worked, but about the generosity of the master. This story is a powerful reminder that God’s grace doesn’t operate on a scale of merit. It challenges our perceptions of fairness and invites us to examine our own hearts. Are we envious of others’ blessings? As we navigate our own lives, let’s focus on gratitude and grace rather than comparison. The kingdom of heaven is generous, and so should we be. What do you think about this parable?
